1. Billing & Refunds

• We charge you for access to the product in monthly and yearly plans.
• Due to the nature of our product, we currently do not offer refunds, either partial or in full.
• You can easily cancel your subscription at any time you like. We will no longer charge you anything once you cancel your subscription.
• We may change our pricing, pricing policies, features, and access restrictions at any time.

2. Emails

• We may use your email to contact you about your account, product updates, and other marketing activities. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time you like.

3. Content Ownership

• You retain all rights and ownership of your audio files and any other content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the services that are part of our platform.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the platform to upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You may not use the platform for any purpose that violates the rights of others, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, or other proprietary or property rights.

• We strive to keep the platform up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and we are not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. In the event of an outage, we may post information on our website to keep you informed.
